What you are ordering
The selected package and confirmed brief define the creative work, campaign setup, revisions and any management period included. Additional work or changes beyond that scope require a separate agreement. On-site filming is not included.
Fees and advertising spend
The service fee and currency are shown before payment. Advertising spend is separate and paid through your own advertising account. The Growth service includes 30 days of management for a one-time fee and does not renew automatically.
Your information and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your brief, offer, business claims and supplied materials, and for holding the necessary usage rights. Campaign setup may require partner access to your advertising account. Never provide passwords or login codes.
Review and launch
You review creative work and request changes within the package scope. Campaign launch requires your approval of the creative, setup and budget. You remain responsible for the business offer and for its compliance with applicable rules.
Timing and platform decisions
The first-preview timing starts after a complete brief and the necessary materials are received. Missing information, access or feedback can change the schedule. Advertising platforms independently review ads and control approval and delivery.
Performance
We do not guarantee a number of impressions, clicks, leads or sales, or a particular return on advertising spend. Results depend on factors including the offer, audience, budget, competition and destination experience.
Changes, cancellations and concerns
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order, or if something is not as agreed. The work already performed, agreed scope and applicable legal rights must be considered. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
